PBH 307 - Reproduction, Law, and Policy in the U.S. Description This course examines laws and policies governing sterilization, abortion, contraception, and fetal rights. We analyze the conflicts over the control of reproduction and government policies that shape who becomes a parent. We pay particular attention to how race and class influence childbearing decisions and experiences. Same as AMS 307 /GOV 307 /WGS 307 . Credits: 1
