ENE 240 - Environmental and Natural Resource Economics Description A survey of environmental and natural resource issues in economic theory and policy. Current environmental issues and debates; theory of natural resource allocation and conservation; theory of environmental management-for example, externalities, public goods and common property. Topics covered will include energy, agriculture, resource depletion, global climate change, and issues affecting the local environment. Same as ECO/PUB 240 . Prerequisite ECO 100 AND ECO 103
